Sticking with it

This week has been a much better week than last week. I managed to lose the 2 lbs. I gained last week. I am back to running every other morning and have added ST those evenings. On the days I am not running, I am using Turbo Jam to get in some great cardio (432 calories burned in 45 minutes). I am a little sore today, but definitely feeling like I am accomplishing great things.
Work is keeping me super busy with all these different projects going on at our different locations globally. I arrange shipping for 95% of the equipment shipments. Also couple this with dealing with shipments gone wrong and assisting in other areas ---- I am really busy. This is good as it is leaving me little time to dwell on my personal image issues. I do plan to keep my appointment on Friday. I am ready to make the necessary changes to better myself.
