6 weeks with the trainer

I've now been working out with Andrea for a total of 6 weeks. We redid my measurements and weight during the last workout. I lost 3 pounds!!! Considering I tend to put on muscle mass quickly, I'm really happy with that lose. And to top it all off, I lost 0.5-0.75" in my arms, chest, waist, hips, and thighs!! It's not the huge loss that I see people talk about when they start crazy diets and exercise routines. But, as Andrea said, this is real-fat weight loss that will stay off. This is not water weight. And, since I did this slowly, with a diet and exercise routine that I can keep up, this won't come back.

I was so scared to do my measurements, as I didn't really see much change at home. But the tape measure doesn't lie. And I'm starting to learn a bit of patience with this whole weight loss thing. I'm not the most patient person, so this is a good lesson for me. Now, to keep up the good work.
