Why is it....

...that every time I'm on a roll, something knocks me down?! I am just feeling very frustrated :( The first 2 weeks of Jan I logged 5 workouts/week and the 4 the 3rd week. I had some hip pain after my one spin class but just thought I was sore and continued to work out bc I didn't want to make excuses. Now here we are 3 weeks later and I am still in pain. It hurts to walk/sit and it definitely feels like muscular (not nerve) pain. I had taken 4 days off once I realized that it was worse after working out, tried again and still in pain. Took a week and half off but the inactivity was making my back stiff so I tried yoga last night thinking it would be good to stretch my hip and back and it made it worse, so I can't even do that! I don't want to go to the Dr bc I am afraid they will want to xray and I am trying to concieve. Just bummin and needed to vent.... I just feel like it's always something.

    That stinks! I am so sorry. Take care of yourself and maybe seeing a doctor and saying up front, i am not willing to do xray's as i am trying to conceive. Then go from there? Hope you feel better soon! emoticon

    You definitely should get it checked out. It might be nothing or it might be something they can fix easily. Let yourself heal. Good luck!
