I've been MIA for the last couple of weeks. I think I've been evaluating my plan. I continue to exercise just about everyday,still very proud of that but I eat like there's no tomorrow (and there might not be if I can't get this under control).
To further my progress, this week I signed up for a coach as a part of the wellness program at work. I hoping that she will help me to change my eating habits. Crossing my fingers.
