staying within my calorie range

This is my goal for today. How am I going to achieve this? I am planning out my menu this morning, and I am STICKING TO IT! That way, it is already on paper, and I will be less likely to fail. I have noticed from entering in my calories that I am heavy on the carbs, and light on the fat and protein. The fat will naturally go up as I add in protein, so I don't need to worry about that. I absolutely need to increase my lean proteins. Cottage cheese, you are my friend. You will help curb the appetite, and lean out my belly and thighs.

    Hahahaha, cottage cheese is definitely my friend! So much protein!!! Also greek yogurt. I am ALWAYS high on carbs and low on protein unless I make an effort to eat the right things. I just don't care for meat that much. I do get pre-cooked turkey breast at the grocery store and put in in salads, soups, omelets, etc. Or just stuff it in my mouth at the end of the day when I need more protein. :P

    It looks like you are really concentrating on your goals. What you focus on, you get more of! Keep rockin!
