staying within my calorie range

This is my goal for today. How am I going to achieve this? I am planning out my menu this morning, and I am STICKING TO IT! That way, it is already on paper, and I will be less likely to fail. I have noticed from entering in my calories that I am heavy on the carbs, and light on the fat and protein. The fat will naturally go up as I add in protein, so I don't need to worry about that. I absolutely need to increase my lean proteins. Cottage cheese, you are my friend. You will help curb the appetite, and lean out my belly and thighs.
