I said, "OK, God if I get 50 Sparkpoints, I will get serious about dealing with my stuff."

What is 'my stuff?'
Stuff - hmmm

There is stuff in my surroundings to be dealt with

If it doesn't fit - bye (donate)
If it doesn't work - don't let the door hit you on the way out
If I didn't remember I had it - adios (sell or donate)
If I haven't used it in the last two years - hasta la vista
If I didn't finish it - finish it or it's hit the road Jack
If it's in a bookcase and dusty and not special - Half Price Books - open your doors
If it's an unused gadget - give it to Goodwill
If it's on my shelves and I don't truly love it - au revoir (more to donate)
If it's in my fridge and moving - it can move out or make mold elsewhere
If it's in my freezer and the ice age has come and gone - it can chill out
If it'sa request for money, a subscription, or an 'opportunity' -the trash can takes donations
If it's on my computer - hit delete again and again
If it's not on this list - I might have a house I'd enjoy living in

Then there's stuff like taking care of my body

Medication - Take it regularly at the right time

Sleep - Get some
Go to bed at a reasonable hour

Eating - Get consistent
Get a schedule,
Get a smaller plate,
Get water - actually drink it,
Make wise food choices

Physical activity
Move away from the computer, fridge, and tv
Walk, bicycle, use the treadmill, or the eliptical machine
Build body strength
Hands, Arms, Legs, Ankles
Increase Core strength
Increase heart and lungs strength
Increase flexibility

And I can't forget my mind - well I could, but I won't
Thrive - don't numb out
Do crosswords, sudoku, and scrabble
Breathe deeply and purposefully
Enjoy music
Play with my puppies
Learn to let go
Practice yoga
Sing with abandon
Enjoy creative activities

And finally there is Heart and Soul stuff
Spend time with people I love
Count and share blessings
Be fair and kind with myself and those around me
Live the Serenity Prayer
Stay connected to God and the Universe

What advice would I give someone if to weren't me?

Gandhi - Be the change you want to see
Yoda - Do or do not... there is no try.
Carol - Baby steps
Nike - Just do it!
Me - Be Courageous - Start

All of this (granted, little by little) for 50 SparkPoints???

God loves me!
He is having a good laugh now!!!
