Well, I'm in week four of my 10 week 5k training and doing GREAT!! Hubby went and bought me a treadmill so now it's even better!!

Not only do I do the training, which is only 30 minutes long, I also walk 5 miles on the treadmill daily! I'm going to have the best legs in this one horse town, lmao!!!
