Day 3 of my new vow to myself to never take the easy way out or make excuses for my choices.

I did my cardio and my strength training for today despite increasing aches and pains. Today was my upper body routine and while I could choose to feel pathetic and weak for not even being able to complete modified push-ups I choose to to feel strong and proud for instead doubling up on my wall push-ups and I anticipate the day when my hard work will pay off and I will be able to not only complete the modified version but the full push-ups.

    You can do it. And you will. And lol, congrats on doing the modified! Honestly, pushups are still one of the exercises I have to do first, because I hate them so. (Still modified here!) emoticon
