how I wish you loved me as much as I love you. Oh delicious sweet iced coffee, you're so good, yet my blood sugar crashes so hard an hour later. Yum, fabulous egg roll - did you have to spill on my shirt?
But thank you spring roll, for being your little 82 calorie self. You, I'll talk to again.

    Most places I've tried it use sweetened condensed milk. I love the taste, but the sugar count is so high that my blood sugar just crashes (reactive hypoglycemia) if I'm not careful about having it with something high protein/low carb.
    (I like the Vietnamese style better than the Thai. Esp if they bring out the little drip coffee maker and the big glass of ice & milk. It just doesn't like me.)

    Mmm, spring rolls ... :-D~~~
    Thai iced coffee is one of my favorite summer treats. It's super-easy to make at home (& I can use fat-free evaporated milk instead of the cream the restaurants may serve).
