If You Stray...Don't Stay!

So in my last blog, I shared how I did SO WELL in my first 30-day challenge of this year. But this past weekend, I strayed from my healthy habits more than I planned...or rather, I just didn't plan at all this weekend. I DID do my scheduled cardio on Saturday but no strength training the whole weekend. And the eating...I know it was horrible so I didn't even attempt to do the 'nutrition tracker' because I don't want to see how bad I was. emoticon

Anyhoo...Super Bowl weekend is over and I am back from my waywardness. emoticon

I just wanted to encourage anyone who may read this to not give up. If you stray from your new healthy habits for a day or two, make sure you don't STAY in that realm.
Good health will always welcome you back with open arms like a prodigal son.

    Yup, it's a consistency thing, not a perfection thing. Even if you eat crappy one weekend in a month, that's only 6% of your total effort. Are you going to abandon your 94% progress for a mere 6% set back? Not in this lifetime! Go get 'em tiger!
