Sigh. I thought getting back into the swing of things would be easier. Then my job got crazy and my hours got longer and Chicago's winter got nastier and staying inside with my cats, some wine, and books seemed like the best way to spend an evening.

And I gained back 3 of the pounds I'd lost.

I keep thinking about the vacations coming up that will require bathing suits, as well as other upcoming events that I want to look stellar for (like my 29th birthday, for example) and I realize I can't slack off.

So, back to the gym and dieting I go - Tomorrow's calories are calculated. We're good to go.

    No, don't slack off... emoticon ...just get back on that horse and ride like the wind to your goals!! And remember, this is not a 'diet' it's a true lifestyle change. It's permanent... emoticon
