Number13 on my blog dated 01/30/2011, states exercise.
After I weighted in this past week I have again gained instead of losing.
What am I doing wrong I ask myself. I share my plight with others. They tell me the same thing keep eating within your points, drink water and exercise. (I am working with WW and tracking on Spark)
Ok, I still am doing that and still gain
The weight lost is going slow enough but I most certain don't need to gain. I sometimes feel that this is truly a losing battle(no pun meant)
I am getting discouraged......
