It's been a rough start to the year.

I injured my back on January 1st. Apparently I dislocated my pelvis. It has been a very painful journey but I think I may be ready to hit the gym again for some gentle exercise. I was really worried about the outcome of my injury weight wise. I have felt that i haven't been making the healthiest choices. When I got on the scale this am I realized I was only up a lb for the whole month.
In any case, I am back to tracking my food intake and hopefully back to the gym!
