On Track - Day 17

Yesterday was another good day..Yahoooo!!! I drank my 8 glasses of water..I had 15,331 steps another Yahoooo!!! I did some strength training exercises, I can feel it today in my abs. My neighbours must think I am nuts I went out and shovelled a part of my deck..It is great exercise and burns alot of calories..I did this so I can sit outside and have a tea in the afternoon sun. The sun feels so good...It also brightens your day and I get lots of vitamin D. We had more snow overnight and it is snowing a bit right know..So back out I will go to shovel..I love the snow when I do not have to travel to far..
Last weekend when I got off track for a few days...I had a fear that I was going to fail with my goals. Then I really thought about the sweat and time I have already committed to my journey.. I've come this far so I will give it another try and another try if need be. I am not a quitter and I am going to move forward with all my ups and downs. I will do this with the help of my spark friends...Of course I couldn't do it without you..I know that for sure I have tried.

There is always something to be Thankful for!!!

    I really enjoyed this blog of yours. Its nice to know I am not the only one that has ups and downs. I am not a quitter either, especially after 4 years of working out habit (unfortunately its been over the past year I have put 15 lbs back on). But it is too much of a habit now to ever just stop trying.

    That is the important thing, we can't stop trying!
