10 minute goal

I set a number of goals using the spark streak thing...most of them I haven't kept up as well as one would hope. The one I have been doing though is 10 minutes of exercise as soon as I get up followed by 3 surya namaskars (sun salutations). Roll out of bed, flip on the coffee, run the dogs out, and then I just run up and down the stairs for 8-10 minutes followed by the sun salutation stretches. Just doing that much at least gets me going a little in the morning and it beats staring at the coffee maker.
We were watching biggest loser and the coach had them doing the stair machine while carrying a medicine ball, so I added that to the stair exercise as well, either a medicine ball or dumbbells.
I definitely like the spark goals feature even if I haven't been very successful in sticking to them. It doesn't take very long to click them off every few days, and I can see over a month that there is at least a little progress towards incorporating some healthier habits.
Enough for today, I'm supposed to be ripping boards for window trim.
