Yeah! I finally did it I'm under 200Lbs, I havent seen this since my son was a year old...(did I mention that he'll be 10 in two months?) I'm so proud of myself, I've been busting my ass for this I make sure to work out every day, I do at least 1/2 hour of "something" Wii fit step, or treadmill, or stationary bike, I've added weights and crunches this week. Next week I'm going to make it a goal to try and add that 3 times a week. My food intake has been good too, I've cut out the late night snacking (I've found myself addicted to dum-dum's ) I snack on two of them at night, It keeps my mouth buisy for a while... it seems to be working. Well thats all for now. I am so Awesome... I can't wait to reach my next "goal" which is to be my wedding weight (15 years ago) of 181. Look out cause here I come.
