I know exactly how you feel...I've weighted myself close to 10 times daily, had an eating disorder, worked out for 3 hours at a time; I've done it all. The only thing I can tell you, is that going into overkill will only hurt you in the end. You look absolutely fantastic and have I checked out your ticker before I left a comment; and you have done such a great job (I'm a little jealous! lol). Whatever you're doing is working, so keep it up, at a normal, healthy pace and it all pays off in the end.
I understand the feeling, but remember to keep doing this the healthy way! Over exercising isn't the way about it and make sure you don't under-eat! You can't maintain your weight loss if you obtained it in an unhealthy way and you could do more harm than good.
Yeah, I eat 6 times a day capping it at 1,350 calories and drink 9 cups of water but I just feel frustrated. It's just a lot of things all at once working up to this feeling... 2815 days ago
I know how you feel. Try to figure out a way to eat 5 or 6 small meals per day, 200 to 250 calories each...lots of protein, low fat, low carbs (and when you do eat carbs, make sure they're complex). Drink lots of water (I hate water so I drink crystal light). Go to the gym everyday if you want, but hold your workouts to no more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours. You'll see great results! Even if you don't see pounds coming off, you WILL see inches disappearing! 2815 days ago
