Workout Videos and Snow

I've been doing better at getting my cardio and strength training in lately, because I'm doing workout videos! I got the Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD and Jilliam Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've been trying to do at least 30 minutes every day, but I slept in too late a couple of days this week. They've both got some strength training built in, so I've been getting sore from them! I have hit another wall at 166, so I've gotta push through it! I finally got through that wall that I hit at 176, so this one will be just the same! I'm only 16 pounds from my goal and nothing is going to stop me!!! I may try to lose 10 more lbs after I reach this goal, but I think I'll just focus on really building up my muscle after I reach 150. We had a freak ice storm here in Alabama yesterday, and I got caught at work. It was crazy driving home with a couple of inches of ice. People had run off the road everywhere, and I saw somebody spin around 360 degress in front of me, just barely missing an 18-wheeler. Glad to be home, and staying in today! Got a 50 minute workout done! Hopefully the ice will be gone by tomorrow though!
