Cant't sleep and struggling

Hello friends,
I have really been struggling since November. First, my dad was very sick, then we lost him, next it was the holidays and very rough to get through them without my dad. Now, my youngest son is in some serious trouble and I am very worried about him. To top it all off, my chronic pain has increased with the help from all of this stress. I just had another surgery and they added a peripheral nerve stimulator for the pain. I already have a spinal cord stimulator. I am very uncomfortable and cannot sleep now. I do not mean to be whining...I just wish our lives would settle down some and I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers.
