10 at last!

I hung in there for many weeks through the ups and downs- and finally made it to the coveted 10 pounds!! Yipee! This weeks changes included the AM glass of hot water with lemon, which I LOVE and I just started using ground flax, in my pasta which helped me feel full. Woo-hoo!

    Hi Mich,

    I was wondering, have you thought about rewarding yourself your getting to this mini goal? I think you deserve something special. I just purchased new pants. I always find it motivating to buy something new in a slightly smaller size.

    I know the superbowl food is tempting. I plan on bringing some healthier items to my friend's house. I also might eat before, so I am not too tempted to nosh on cheese and chips.

    Speaking of eating and going overboard, yesterday was my boyfriend's birthday, so we went down to the On the Border (Edison area) last night. Yum! I do not know if any amount of lemon water can help that! I did make a good choice though. I had the chicken fajitas, and I only had a few bites of the his brownie sundae.

    I have been too lazy today to record my food in the tracker- that is a really big problem, I need to get back on board tommorrow... I wasn't bad today, I just don't feel like thinking. I did BodyFlow last night @ 6:30, so funny, we almost accidentally bumped into each other!! This week I did great. Next week, not as optimistic w/the superbowl, we are having a small gathering here, and it is a total trigger for let loose snacking for me. Glad you are into the hot water w/lemon, it's really good right? Ttys!

    I am so happy for you! Good job! I am about to leave for the gym. I am not sure what I am going to do. I was going to go to body flow, but that would mean waiting until 6:30pm. I hope you are having a grat week. I really missed having our meeting this week.

    I was up a lot this week but I know it was becasue I had a lot of restaurant food last week (good choices but restaurant food is super salty). I have had tons of water and some hot water with lemon, and I am beginning to deflate!
