To Bring a Lunch, or Not To Bring a Lunch?

I bought a new pilates DVD, mat, and book today at work for really cheap :) I'm excited to start doing it! I haven't had any time to exercise today since I had work in the morning, and school right after... but I think as soon as I get home, I'll give it a go! I've never done pilates before, so I'm a bit worried I won't get through the whole DVD, but it says it's for beginners and I'm determined :)

In other news, I've started packing a lunch/dinner every time I go to work, or to school. At work it's not so bad, but I've always been kind of self conscious about bringing food to school. I feel like people are looking at me when I break out a thermos - or that I'm bugging people with the smell.

I've been doing it anyways though, and I feel a lot better about myself for it :D Not only am I saving money (I used to spend a FORTUNE on fast food and coffee) but I'm doing something good for myself, as well!

Plus the food just tastes better - tonight, in class, I'm having a skinny hot chocolate (can't beat the coffee habit just yet. At least it's only 90cals, right?) and 300 calorie macaroni and cheese :) Yum!
