Dear blog, sorry for abandoning you for so long, but as you know, life is hectic and it's all I can do to keep up with my workouts, track my food and spin the wheel here on Spark.

January has just zoomed past and the downtime I got was spent idly surfing, instead of putting my thoughts together. I think I needed that....
... but I also think I do a lot better with the support I gain with blogging.

So here goes, a short update of my February goals and I'll try to keep posting these during the coming month.
GOALS: Track food: stay in range 6 days/week. Track fitness: Cardio/ST/100 day challenge. Friendship/Support: Be active on GOYAAM and Not-Nuns teams. Huddle, post on members pages/blogs and write my own blogs.

I'm on track with the 100 day intentional movement challenge, day 33 done and dusted, scraping through today by walking ten minute walks between meetings today and from work to choir practice.

I'm tracking my food, and so far this month (haha) I'm in range too. I've been splurging a bit too much on the weekend, but I'll work on better weekend control in February.

For exercise we're doing something active every day, and we've been doing our ST at the gym twice a week in January and we go for daily walks and two-three times per week we do some walk/runs on the snow/ice, but I can work on intensity on some of my cardio sessions. Perhaps it's time to add the dreaded intervals again.

In other news, my darling is burning with fever today and just went to bed. I'm not feeling too well today myself - woke up with a headache - I just hope I don't catch what he's got because I don't have time for that with all the stuff I have to do at work.
So it's off to bed with me too, and I'll try to sleep it off.
G'night!
