met my goal for January!

I set a goal to get at least 500 fitness minutes in January, and I succeeded! It feels great to have accomplished that! I am going to get at least 500 fitness minutes in for February, plus I am going to track my calories every day for the month of February. I am setting good habits in place, and the weightloss will be a biproduct of consistently doing the calorie tracking, and exercise. My focus will be on these good habits, instead of on the desired outcome.
I am doing Jillian Michaels making the cut. It is pretty tough, but I love the sore muscle feeling. To me, that is the feeling of success. I am not following her diet, because I can't afford to eat like that. Instead, I am focusing more on Sparkpeople's guidelines.
Well, I am off to do laundry and clean my house. Bonus calorie burn! Have a wonderful day everyone!
