Keeping it Going

I have to admit that I have never stuck to any kind of exercise or diet plan for long. I have been doing SP for 4 weeks and 2 days now and I'm still going strong. I got in 15 minutes of heart-pumping exercise today (that's good for me!) and I have had 1,000 calories, with only dinner left to eat.
This may not sound fantastic to you, but I'm pleased as punch that I haven't lost the momentum. Even after 2 weeks of not seeing the scale budge, I'm still motivated and excited.

I love having so many ways to get points and seeing so many other people out there. There is so much to read and that is keeping me motivated!
