Keeping it Going

I have to admit that I have never stuck to any kind of exercise or diet plan for long. I have been doing SP for 4 weeks and 2 days now and I'm still going strong. I got in 15 minutes of heart-pumping exercise today (that's good for me!) and I have had 1,000 calories, with only dinner left to eat.

This may not sound fantastic to you, but I'm pleased as punch that I haven't lost the momentum. Even after 2 weeks of not seeing the scale budge, I'm still motivated and excited.

I love SparkPeople!! emoticon I love having so many ways to get points and seeing so many other people out there. There is so much to read and that is keeping me motivated!

    Good work!!! It is so awesome that you have kept your momentum! I find it is really hard sometimes but usually I can do it. Just gotta keep that goal in mind!!
