Stuck with no weightloss.

I am going to look into SP to find out how many calories I need to lose weight. I did what I first was told to do which was 1,430 to 1,530 and did not lose weight. I Did everything to the best I could. Tracked everything 3 weeks and stayed in the guidelines. Not one pound loss. No inches gone. I was about to give up ...but I am not ! because I can not stand being overweight and un-fit. I am going to go right from this blog to look for answers. I don't want to cut the calories back too much because I think I might not get in enough nutrition. Oh just in case someone reads this...the 3 week I stayed on track was back in March of 2010. I was so discouraged I did not track much after that. I want to lose weight so bad. I am feeling so down about it right now.
