kettle bells continued

today i tried the 10 pound bells for the one handed swing as well as the two handed. did thirty reps of the two handed and 15 one handed with the 10 pound bells. still sticking with the 5 pound bells for the other moves. the catch swing is getting better--i caught them all again and am beginning to get better at the correct hand position i need to have when i let them go. hyperextension is getting better--my core is getting stronger.
and my shoulder position on the snatch swing is improving--although my left shoulder is still wrong part of the time.
we are waiting for a big blizzard here--everybody stay safe and i hope you don't get any ice!
