The Incredible Edible Egg! (er . . . WHITE)

Monday, January 31, 2011

Don't laugh at me.
I promise I'm not weird.
(okay well maybe a LITTLE wierd . . .)
I have become addicted to egg whites.
They are God's most perfect food on the planet.
First of all, they are only 17 calories for one.
Yes, I said 17!!!!

Not to mention they are chock full of protein, and have zero fat and zero cholesterol!
i ate FOUR egg whites this morning for less than 100 calories.
Add some veggies for an omelette or some fruit on the side and you are good to go!
Yes. I love me some egg whites.

I love my egg whites too, or course mine are boiled and then I take out the yolk because that is the only way I can stand them!

Yeah for eggs! I've always had a fondness for eggs, but my joy of the egg whites are growing. I love the versatility that they offer--all the ways you can cook them and the variety of flavors you can pair them with.
