Water, Water, and more WATER!!

So, since I have started my healthier way of eating, I have been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Does anyone ever get used to drinking this much water? I find myself just guzzling it to get it over with..

    Aim for 8, and see how you feel. Some people need more, some a little less. After a few weeks of consistency you'll figure out what works best for you. Starting off with water first thing in the morning (or hot water with lemon) helps a lot!
