Making changes To succeed

Making changes to succeed in 2011 is something I need to write and focus on more .
This is so that I can meet my goals for 2011. Long term goal is to meet by personal weight goal this year.
I have complied this list from the things I have read on Spark.
If you think I have missed anything please leave your suggestion or comment.

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Be choosy about the snacks we eat.
3. Enjoy your favorite foods(in moderation)
4 Eat several smaller meals during the day
5. Eat protein at every meal.
6. Always eat breakfast
7.Get enough sleep
8. Eat more fruits and veggies
9.Limit alcohol to weekends( in moderation)
10.Keep a food diary
11.Weight yourself weekly
12 Lose weigh slowly
13 Exercise & exercise & exercise
14. Celebrate any success(but not with food)
With these tips I am hoping to meet my goal in 2011. Things are moving rather slowly for me but that is one of the tips!!

    Make sure you work in at least 1 snack a day. Some snacks you can make up ahead of time and have in the little zip lock snack bags. You can even list the calories on the bag so you don't go over for the day.

    Use your food tracker to have all your favorite foods listed as well as the groups with your own recipies and food groups. Ex. sandwichs, casseroles, toast, any favotire meal. Makes it much quicker and easier to log in.

    Awesome goals to aim for! I still haven't made an actual list of goals though I have several in mind. I'll make that a goal! To do that by the end of the week!
    Keep rollin though. We're going to kick some butt in 2011!
