Making changes to succeed in 2011 is something I need to write and focus on more .
This is so that I can meet my goals for 2011. Long term goal is to meet by personal weight goal this year.
I have complied this list from the things I have read on Spark.
If you think I have missed anything please leave your suggestion or comment.
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Be choosy about the snacks we eat.
3. Enjoy your favorite foods(in moderation)
4 Eat several smaller meals during the day
5. Eat protein at every meal.
6. Always eat breakfast
7.Get enough sleep
8. Eat more fruits and veggies
9.Limit alcohol to weekends( in moderation)
10.Keep a food diary
11.Weight yourself weekly
12 Lose weigh slowly
13 Exercise & exercise & exercise
14. Celebrate any success(but not with food)
With these tips I am hoping to meet my goal in 2011. Things are moving rather slowly for me but that is one of the tips!!
