Finally back at it!

I got really side tracked during December! I started my C25K workout but then after a week put it on hold. Ate lots of bad stuff, didn't workout at all. So I gained a bit of weight. Then January 2 decided I need to get back on track. Started eating right again, started losing weight again. Then this week I decided that I need more. Started my C25K again. Did the first week over. I feel so much better! Amazing what a good workout will do for you. I also found a buddy at church who is doing the same workout. So now we're encouraging each other. And we're planning to do a 5K run together in April. I can see a difference in my body already!!
