Well I didn't lose anything this week...but the good news is (yes good news) that I realised why! I consumed far too much sodium which resulted in my body retaining all the water I drank. This resulted in a .1kg gain and a frustrated me! At least I know what I've been doing wrong (for the last week anyway) and can make changes in the future!
