February Challenge!

After much deliberation and debate I have chosen my challenge for the month of February. I received many good suggestions and will be keeping them for months to come, however I could only choose one for this month.

Thank you to Russellorama again for the suggestion on tracking goals on Spark people, this suggestion lead me to my final decision.

My challenge for the month of February is to drink 8 emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticonglasses of water EVERY day for the entire month of February.

During the fall I did very well with my water, however after winter break I have been struggling to meet my 8 glasses of water and I hope that this month I will retrain myself to drink at least 8 glasses of water.

I am a little concerned that this goal is not attainable, however I have decided that if I miss a day, I will say to myself "ok, I won't hit 28 days, but I will drink 8 glasses of water every day for the rest of the month"

I will not give up on this months challenge!

So here I go starting Tuesday! Wish me luck!

    That is a great idea! I was thinking of the same thing myself, as my water consumption has gone down along with the temperature.

    Great attitude!!!!! {and great challenge}

    Hey, it isn't a challenge if it isn't challenging right?!!?! Everyone misses the boat at some point, but don't let it get you down if you do happen to miss a day {even two}! This challenge isn't about being able to say 'I drank water all month', its about doing something that is so good for you!!!!

    If you only drank water for one week of February I'd still be impressed!!!!! but I know you'll do wonderfully and blow us all away with your report at the end of the month!!!!
