-Lift heavy 3x per week (M:W:F)
-Monday 6am, two reps with Lucy.
-Wednesday and Thursday three reps by myself.
Cardio: I found my HRM strap so I can track cals burned!
-Spinning from 630 – 655am
-Burn at least 1600 calories in cardio.
Eat at a ratio of about 40-40-20 (Carbs, Protein, Fat). That means pre-planning
Calories: ~2500 on weight training days, less on non-workout days. I still don’t know how much I really should be eating so this may change depending on how I feel.
Track, hungriness, stress etc. I have a book for that.
I get 4 splurge meals per week. I need to save one for Friday and one for Saturday, because that is when DH and I have time together.
-Nail biting. I got back in the habit and want to quit. So don’t bite, but also track when I do.
-Get the taxes done. Yeah I know, early, but that is how we do things. We are going to an actual CPA so let’s see how that goes.
-Get in touch with the pro bono lawyer through BOI (Business Ownership Initiative). The secretary said she would do an introduction via e-mail and it hasn’t happened yet, and it has been months. BOI has gone through some transition etc so I just need to give them a push. Why, looking at starting a Foundation and need legal guidance.
Now I just need to actually do it.
