I finished a Sparkpeople challenge with flying colors!
And it wasn't a short one either!
An eight week team challenge of exercising, weighing and measuring, drinking water, eating fruits and veggies, eating breakfast, getting plenty of sleep, and watching your fiber and sodium intake.
I joined the 5% Winter Challenge on December 4th and completed the eight weeks today. This challenge proved to me that with the right amount of determination you can accomplish anything, even through the holidays!
I lost 13.5 pounds in 8 weeks!
