Counting Calories ~ It's All Good!

I've been on my journey to a new me for just under a month now and I feel SO emoticon

But I notice that by me tracking my nutrition and fitness, which is easy and rewarding here on SP, I have been doing better than any other time that I took on my own personal plan for a healthier lifestyle.

Yes, I've been successful in the past - I'd lose 10lbs or 15lbs here and there...but then I'd find those pounds again AND they'd bring along some friends. But by actually seeing that one breakfast choice has higher calories or fat than another REALLY is a great help. emoticon

I have to go now or I'll be late for a meeting but I just wanted to get on and say this:
