back on track

So, as a Community Team Member, I'm supposed to post on a public blog each week. I'm not really good at this, but I thought I'd give it a shot... here goes :)

Like almost every SP member, I hit a plateau. That plateau started in November... it's now January. While I am glad that I didn't gain weight during the holidays, I'd really like to break through the 180 barrier.

I honestly can't remember the last time I saw anything less than 180 on the scale. I know it was sometime around my sophomore year of college (I'm now in my third year post- college.).

I've been tracking my meals religiously this week (I normally use the tracker as just a guide) and have been working out a lot. My hope is that tomorrow when I step on the scale, it will finally read 179.

I'm logging off now to dream of seeing those magical numbers :)
