Meal planners--How about exercise planners

The meal planners seem to be working for me. Now I just need to figure out away to keep motivated on the exercise. I do the strength training--boot camp videos easy enough, I have them on my phone, and I can do them just about any where.
It is the Cardio that I can't seem to stick with. It is often just my normal stuff--cleaning, moving furniture, moving heavy stuff at work periodically through out the day.
I need to find a way to stick to cardio every day!
