I'd be losing weight. My husband and I have a sam's card and omg holy food. The things we mainly buy there? chicken and broccoli. A 2 pound bag of broccoli only lasts two meals for us. That's sad right? I hope it's not that bad that I'm not getting a variety of veggies cause I LOVE broccoli and he does too. It's a veg that we can actually agree on. We've been chowing on that for two weeks. I'm sure in the long run it's cheaper than other things. And another thing we love? Couscous. I need to figure out how to spice up couscous instead of buying the prepackages couscous. I did forget my pedometer a few times this week. I was going good on my workout this week till I started to feel sick. A scratchy throat in the back plus being mandatoried at work didn't help that.
This week, I'm recommitting to Weight Watchers on Points Plus. I do not think I will use that I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT THIS TIME book because it's just too big and when I use the other book, I forget to put it in the main log. Therefore the small WW one might stay this time. See I learned something this month!
I have Barre3 and Xtend Barre now. I tried fluidity this week and didn't like it. I love Bar Method so much more. This week I'm going to try L&C and Barre3. Other than that, I'll do Bar Method. I'm hoping to feel better by Sunday. And I'm trying to learn to hula hoop. I'm failing to learn but I will succeed, I hope. I have a friend making me a custom hoop that will teach me. YAY! I keep throwing tantrums when I can't get it. I mean a pumping motion should be easy, right?
