mini goal and update

After slacking off the last week or so this week I am back at it full force, My gym membership exspired on the 20th of this month and I could not afford a new one and I guess I was feeling sorry for myself. So I have not really been exercising up until this week when I started back to tracking my foods and exercise and I change my ticker to reflect my mini weight loss goal which is to loose 50 pounds by July before my 10 year high scchool reunion. I even made myself a work out schedule and on tuesday I bought 2 workout videos Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home 3 mile walk and Billy Blanks Jr so my work outs have been consisting of mostly those 2 for right now and If I get bored I can always go on Exercise tv on demand for other videos. My plan is to do at least 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week, 10 minutes on the other days with 3 days of strenght training. I even came up with a schedule that I will stick to. I just need to come up with more Ideas for strenght exercises now that I don't have the use of the gym no more but I am determined to reach my goal of lossing 50 pounds by the summer.
