Can't hide now

Last year I said I'd only do 12 diets. Said the same thing this year and I'm about to take on number 2 for 2011. What's different? I have two kids (left) living at home and they are on a health kick. Not just health..health, eating, and EXERCISE kick. The more they do it, the more I look even worse. Not just visual appearance, but my habits, the way I do anything. Or rather DON'T do anything. Is there something even less active than sedentary? My son is the worst. He's after me to get going. He went down into our basement and together we cleaned out years worth of junk. A lot of stuff that was packed when we moved never to be seen again...until now. Long story short, he made somewhat of a gym/exercise room.
His sister ordered a treadmill and he is paying for the shipping. We have a few other things that have accumulated over time. So....Mommy here has no excuse. I have MS, but not so bad that I can't at least exercise some. He keeps telling me, just start with 15 minutes. Even 10! And he's horrible. After me all the time. How can I sit with chips or ice cream with him
nearby?! It's a good thing. Perhaps, just what I need. Just him telling me how much better I'll feel. How can I not try? I will. Feb 1 here I come!
