This morning I did X Stretch from the P90X program. I was sweating pretty hard and my body didn't move much at all. What a calm workout that I felt to be useful! I am totally seeing progress with my flexibility, balance and strength and am only 3 1/2 weeks into this thing. Diet, regular exercise and concious effort to be all around healthy sure turn this body that looked healthy into one that also feels healthy inside too.

    I did P90X a few months ago and really enjoyed it. I saw an amazing change in just a few weeks. It's a great program.
