New Day

Today is a new day and I'm going to make it count. I ate a low calorie, but filling breakfast to start things off. I am upset that my cholesterol will be over today, though. I accidently dropped the egg yolk into the hot pan with the egg white and it broke. There was nothing I could do, but eat it or waste the egg. I already feel like I waste a lot because I don't normally eat the yolk. Oh well, there are good nutrients in the yolk that I normally don't get when I throw it out.

Now, on to exercise. I'm leaving to go on a walk in just a little bit. I'm going to try for 3 miles to help make up for skipping yesterday. Then, I'll just try to forget yesterday happened and look to the future. I can only change what I'm doing from now on. No reason to beat myself up about a day or two.
