LOSING MOTIVATION!!!

This is day 23 of my diet and i have done so well. Yesterday i didnt do any cardio thats the first time since ive started that i havent done any cardio. Today i have no motivation to get back out there and walk. I keep telling my self to get up and do it but then im thinking i dont feel like it. I hope i find the energy and motivation to get outside

    Just do anything........... It doesn't have to be walking. Close you eyes and think about your goal and what's important to you and put one foot in front of the other.

    I am feeling the same way but I got out and did a 25 minute walk and the day is not over yet.

    Turn it around. You will feel so much better that you did.

    Think of yesterday as your "rest" day, which everyone's body needs. It's supposed to be sunny and nice today...all the more reason to get outside. Just think of it as getting out to enjoy the day. Once you get started, you will feel more motivated to continue.

    I understand how you feel. Just remember that because you took one day off doesn't mean you have failed. Get back out there you are worth it! You can succeed.
