Today, I didn't do my cardio or my strength exercises. I have no good excuse. I could have done them. I just didn't. I did ok on my other goals, but I really should have exercised, too. I guess I'll just have to make up for it tomorrow. I'm going out with friends tomorrow night and will have to be very careful not to go over on my calories. I went over yesterday because of the chinese food. This week is not going so well. I'm not giving up, though. I think I'll go to bed, now, and get up early so I can get a good start to my day. I'll go on an extra long walk and do my strength exercises. I'm also going to really watch my calories earlier in the day to allow for a little bit more tomorrow night. I can do this! :)

    You can do this!!! I would just blow off yesterday and your week for that matter. You are doing wonderful and to me it's about being honest and that's what you are doing. So stay honest, keep thinking and you can get past this. The best part about what we are doing is that we are keeping in touch with real life, that is what is going to make this successful. I don't think you were lazy, you just needed a break and yesterday was your break day :) emoticon
