I have been extremely consistent with my work outs and superconscious about my eating. I am on my Day 28 of the "New Year, New YOU - WHATCHA Gonna Do About it Challenge" and I got measured at the gym ------AND I SHED TWO INCHES! I'm so excited.
I had been bummed a couple of days ago when I realized I was miscalculating my running mileage (DUH metric system in Canada) - but it all worked out.
Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.
