repeat of week 2...3 1/2 run 1 1/2 walk 7 reps
my hip is a little sore today? I feel like a senior heehee
I really have to get past this negative self talk bullsh*t
that is my biggest problem! When I'm doing it I am telling myself that I can't keep doing it...
suck it up, woman!

    Sorry to hear about your hip! I hope it doesn't prevent you from running - but don't be a hero and mess yourself up for good!

    Did you ever read The little Engine that could? Next time you run say "I think I can...I think I can..." That'll get you through it! emoticon

    We pumped it up tonight to 90 seconds running and did 7 reps! This program is addicting!

    Negative self talk derails all of us at some point. Tell the inner critics to take a hike and invite your supportive selves along on this journey. This is a no negative BS zone!!!

    And now you've totally inspired me to start the c25k program I signed up for but never started, lol
