How is everyone doing? I hope everyone is well. I don't think there's many of my friends that log on anymore????? Where'd they all go? Not too much going on with me. Trying to eat better (cleaner), stength/cardio/circuit at least 5 days a week. I've been going to zumba once a week, and doing the www.fitnessista.com/ winter work out for the last 1.5 weeks. Check it out if you want a new, fun way to exercise. We have a kinect too that I was using, but I haven't recently. I probably will today. It's so fun, I love the dance game, and I have my shape that is awesome.

I got an awesome deal on Tosca Reno's Eat Clean diet books, recharge and the kids book. I really want to eat a lot of fresh food, but some things are just too much for me. I've gotten down to 147, which is awesome, so I really want to tone up, I still feel "chubby". I totally love and appreciate being in a size 8, but I still have tummy, back, saddle bag chub that I want to get rid of. When I read certain material I feel like I'll never get rid of it if I want to eat an occasional treat (by occasional I mean, like one dessert a day, and pizza 2x a month). I don't think I could, or really want to deprive myself of those things. I do go as healthy as I can with it though. I made some super yummy no bake cookies, I got the recipe from sparkrecipes, but I changed it up, it called for splenda, but I don't roll with that, so my stats were a bit higher, but the ingredient list is: oatmeal, sugar (I used half sugar half stevia), unsweetened cocoa powder, butter, vanilla. I think that is fairly healthy. Each ball has like 130 cals or so. No artificial junk in there, but some stuff I read makes it sound like even that is going to ruin my hard work. Oh well, I guess. I"m not willing to give up my goods, to lose my not-goods, haha.

I guess, I feel that it is most important to skip the artificial stuff and stick to natural products. I'm trying to get the kids to eat more healthy as well. They're not doing too bad. I try to make things I think they can handle.

Other than fitness, life is business as usual. Caden is starting baseball in the next few weeks. Both boys are doing crazy well in school. The baby will be 2 on Sunday!!!! That just flew by. He's a funny little man. Not talking too much yet, mostly babbles and uses gestures. But, he's getting there. The hubby and I are both taking online classes, makes time a little sparse, but it's worth it. I try to get my stuff down during the day, so at least one of us can be with the kids. School is going really well. I started my 5th and 6th class, I've gotten A's in all my other classes. I'm very proud of that! Another thing I am proud of...Feb. 16th will be our 10 year anniversary!!!! Yikes! I don't know if I would have bet any money on us lasting this long ; ) Happy to say things are going great! We have plans to visit Hawaii for a few days next month! Very excited for that.

So, I hope everyone is doing good. I think I might have to find some new sparkies??
