Starting to eat 4 meals a day...

So Jazzid inspired me with all her protein talk, and I downloaded the BFFM book. Not finished yet, but almost 3/4 of the way through. I started adding in a fourth meal today, tried to keep supper to under 500 but was just a bit above it. It's hard to eat in middle of the day - I got in a small meal ( I thought it would be more calories, but it wasn't) around 4 and by 7 I was famished again. I think this way of eating will really transform the way I lose weight and I think it's going to jumpstart my metabolism.

This is a whole new journey!
