My Goals for 2011

Ok so my baby will be 3 this year- so no more excuses.
I can't believe last summer I was a few pounds from my goal and I completely stopped tracking my food and slowly tapered off my workouts.
Today I finally got on the scale and busted out the measuring tape. I set a new spark goal to lose a 1.5 lbs a week until March 31. I really hope I can do it!!! My son's 3rd birthday is April 2, and I would love to be at my goal weight at the party
I took some before photos and was shocked to see what I actually looked like. It is crazy that I can wear a size 8 and look ok in clothes, but when I saw myself in underwear, I gasped. So no photos for now. Luckily the last 2 weeks I have been doing great with my workouts-pushing myself harder than I have in years. I also am loving my digital food scale!
