New Year's Resolution.......

I'm starting this week with a clean slate. I got off track a while back and every since then I have been having a horrible time getting myself in the right mindset to do this. I think I've finally got there. I've been staying on my stationary bike for 30 minutes a day for my cardio for the past week. It felt great to accomplish that. Today I added Leslie Sansone to the mix and worked in my garden. I've got to keep myself motivated. I'll be so glad when spring gets here and we can go outside.

Goal for tomorrow: do my weight training and stretching.
